ERC is a Court-Ordered Youth Program

WHAT IS ERC?
The ERC will direct youth toward compliance with court and probation requirements, offer programs and services designed to build assets in youth, and provide youth with structure and positive activities. The ERC assists students with their particular needs and goals. These include but are not limited to:
Anger Management
Chemical Health
Cognitive Skills
Conflict Resolution
Computer Literacy
Employment and Job Search Skills
Interpersonal Relationships
Health and Hygiene Education
Homework Assistance / Tutoring
Teenage Pregnancy and STD Education
Nutrition
Compliance with Court Orders
Parent Involvement
Parenting Classes
Victim Impact Panels
The ERC provides for organized recreation time and off-site field trips. Programming also includes daily snacks and dinner.
The ERC programming hours are:
Tuesday through Saturday from 3:45 pm to 8:15pm
There will be a graduation ceremony for those who have successfully and satisfactorily completed the program. These participants will receive a Certificate of Completion presented by ERC staff, will be introduced to the Shiloh system of mentorship, and be asked to return to the ERC as a volunteer peer leader in group activities.
