To each and every one of our ‘First-Time’ Visitors, Welcome to Shiloh Temple International Ministries We hope that you will have an opportunity to worship with us in the near future. We’re aware of the fact that it can be a bit daunting to visit a church for the first time, so we’ve created this page to give you some helpful information about what to expect. If you have additional questions, feel free to give us a call at (612) 302-1463.

Before Service

The parking lot entrance is located along Fremont Ave N. Any space not marked for clergy or reserved for those with special needs is available for our guests. Overflow parking is available along Fremont Ave N, Girard Ave N, and in the bank parking lot across Fremont Ave N. Our services start promptly.

Arrive early if you plan to check your children into Children’s church. Children’s church check in starts at 10:15am in the rear of the church outside the chapel. Our attendees dress in a variety of styles, so whether you are dressed casually or in your “Sunday’s Best” you will feel at home.

During Service

Shiloh Temple International Ministries is a loving and welcoming church. As you enter the building, Ushers and Greeters will be on hand to assist you. In addition, you’ll find friendly, helpful people at the ‘Information Center’ in the main lobby. Feel free to find a seat in the main sanctuary. Please be mindful of seats or areas reserved for those who have physical limitations.

After an opening prayer, our Worship Team leads the congregation in worship and the lyrics of each song are projected on video screens. Visitors are free to sing along with us or simply observe. In addition, everything that happens during our worship services is clearly explained for the benefit of our guests. Typically, the sermon is presented by our senior pastor, Bishop Richard D. Howell Jr. Bishop Howell is widely known for his practical Bible-centered teaching that helps everyone apply God’s timeless truth to everyday life. We are blessed with a variety of other pastors and guest ministers who occasionally deliver the message.

After Service

Following the service, Bishop Howell is usually available to greet visitors at the Bishops Booth in the main lobby. Children are to picked up from Children’s church by the person who signed them in. We also encourage first time visitors to pick up a ‘Welcome” packet at the information center in the main lobby. We sincerely hope you enjoy your visit to Shiloh Temple International Ministries!
